Exhibiting and sponsorships

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection, or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show. We will assign booth selection appointments based on the priority points system. Please visit the Exhibitor contacts page to see our account managers and their regions or learn more on our Why exhibit page. Whether the objective of your show is to educate attendees on your science, launch a new product line, or dominate the category, your booth space is only the start of your company’s ability to draw attention to your products or services. The SupplySide priority placement system determines the order of companies when selecting a SupplySide booth location. All current exhibitors at the time of the priority points deadline will be included in the booth selection schedule in order of priority.  Priority status is based on the total dollars spent during the last three calendar years and the current calendar year, as well as the dollars you have booked for future months, with the SupplySide brands.

Please be reminded that onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by SupplySide Global. If you are contacted by other third-party companies via email or phone offering hotel assistance, please be aware that they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and is not protected by event management.

To request a visa letter, you must first register, or have your company's primary contact register you, to exhibit at SupplySide Global. During your registration you can request a visa letter that, upon registration approval, will be available for download in your registration dashboard. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, you can contact customer service.

Please note: 
Your registered name will need to be the same as your passport name for badge pickup and if you require a visa letter.

Registration

Within the Exhibitor Hub, the primary contact for the account is able to select "Get badges" and register staff within the platform. If you are not sure who the primary contact is, please contact supplyside.custserv@informa.com.

Every booth is alloted 4 badges per 100 sq ft of booth space. Badges beyond your allotment cost $165 per badge.

Exhibitor platforms

Exhibitors will utilize both the Exhibitor Hub and Event Platform to prepare for the show, although each platform will be used for different tasks.

Exhibitor Hub

  • Get badges/access booth staff registration (Only the company primary contact can register badges for other team members)

Exhibitor Referral Program

The Exhibitor Referral Program is a program that gives you access to pre-made, customizable promotional materials such as a landing page, emails and banner ads that include a custom link that you can share with your customers and prospects so they can receive a $50 discount off their Expo Pass. This program will be available for exhibitors after registration opens.

Exhibitors may invite their prospects and customers who fall under our manufacturer badge types (view approved business categories). The $50 discount off an Expo Pass is valid both days of the expo. Offer applies to new registrations only. No refunds are issued for pre-existing registrations.

There is no limit to how many people you can invite through the Exhibitor Referral Program.

To view your promo code, after registration opens visit the SupplySide Global Exhibitor Registration Platform and navigate to the “Exhibitor Referral Program” tab. Select “distribute your promo code” and you will find your code.

There is no deadline for sending out the invitation. You may send out your codes all the way up until the show, but be aware that your customers will still have to go through a qualification process.

All attendees are required to go through the registration process even if they are attending the event at a discounted price. Your customers and prospects must complete the registration so that we can compile their data and review their business proof to confirm their specific involvement in the industry.
