Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent registration process for all attendees. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Registration Refunds Attendees who register on or before August 30, 2026 for our 2026 event are eligible for a 100% refund, subject to show management approval.
Refunds After August 30, 2026 Registrations cancelled after August 30, 2026, will incur a $35 administration fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. All refunds are subject to show management approval.
Refund Deadline Refund requests will not be accepted after October 22, 2026. We kindly ask all attendees to submit any cancellation requests before this date, as refunds cannot be processed after the deadline.
2027 Expo Pass Add-On Important Note: No refunds will be issued for the 2027 Expo Pass if purchased as an add-on. We appreciate your understanding and encourage early planning to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Exhibitor Booth Staff Registration To maintain show floor integrity, attendees cannot register as exhibitor booth staff under any circumstance. Exhibitors are encouraged to use our Exhibitor Referral Program, where they can share a special discount code with their clients and customers, providing them with exclusive savings on attendee registration.
Cancellation Requests All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Attendeecustomerservice@SupplySideGlobal.com. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of a written request.
