SupplySide Global is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable, please review the Approved Business Categories Defined.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor without direct adult supervision at all times. There must be one accompanying adult 18 years of age or older per child. No strollers are allowed on the show floor at any time. At no time are persons under the age of 18 allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out – even if supervised. This policy is strictly enforced.
All children, regardless of age, require a badge and the completion of a waiver form. If not pre-registered, they must register onsite. Children are not charged a registration fee. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

Attendee qualification
In a continual effort to improve both attendee and exhibitor experiences, as well as a global focus on health and security, we want to ensure all attendee badges match their actual role within the industry.
If you have attended our event or have pre-qualified for our event in the past, you may be able to bypass much of the registration process. Within the attendee registration link, you can search by using your first name, last name and email address. If you are unsure of your credentials, please select skip to start a new registration.

Education sessions
Learning power-hour sessions and show floor stage sessions are included in the price of all pass types and do not require additional fees when registering.
If you purchase an Expo Pass, you can add any Elevate & Innovate sessions, Knowledge & Networking sessions, NSF Training Courses and/or the Professional Development Workshop a la carte for additional fees.
If you purchase the Explorer Pass, you can choose 1 Elevate & Innovate session, 1 Knowledge & Networking session and the Professional Development Workshop included in your pass price. Additional Elevate & Innovate sessions, Knowledge & Networking sessions and NSF Training Courses can be added a la carte for additional fees.
Purchasers of the Experience Pass gain access to all Elevate & Innovate session and Knowledge & Networking sessions included in their pass price. The Professional Development Workshop and NSF Training Courses can be added a la carte for additional fees.
If you cannot attend in person, we offer a Virtual Pass that grants access to all education sessions on demand, with the exception of the professional development workshop and NSF Training Courses.

Yes. Within one week after the show, all presentation slides and on-demand recordings will be available on the Event Platform and within the mobile app.
On-demand recordings will be available within each session located in the schedule in the Event Platform and mobile app.
Mobile App Information
You will be able to access the on-demand recordings within the Event Platform and mobile app for 6 weeks after the show.
The professional development workshop will not be recorded and therefore will not be available to watch on-demand.

During your registration you can request a visa letter that, upon registration approval, will be available for download in your registration dashboard. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, you can contact customer service.
Taxi and ride sharing pick-up and drop-off locations at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center are the Shark Reef and Bayside E entrances.

Expo Hall
For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show hours.
