All hosted buyers must register for the event through the official registration website. Click the button below to fill out the registration form and confirm your registration.

• Your hotel accommodation will be arranged for you by our show management team based on the arrival/departure dates you selected on your registration form.
• Includes up to 3 complimentary night stays. Additional nights will be charged.
• Hotel confirmations will be sent in late September.

As a Hosted Buyer, you’re eligible for reimbursement of up to $500 in Economy round-trip airfare.* Please book your flight as soon as possible.

Reimbursement process:

• After booking your flight, email a PDF copy of your flight receipt/itinerary to vanessa.cruz@informa.com.
• Complete and submit a W9 form (for U.S. citizens/residents) or equivalent tax form (for international participants) to vanessa.cruz@informa.com.
• Reimbursements will be processed after SupplySide Global when attendance for the event is verified.

*Reimbursement does not include flight upgrades or other business/personal travel outside of SupplySide Global.
